Our weekly Yoga class at Cedar Heights offers a calm, welcoming space to stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Led by a qualified instructor, these sessions are designed to support all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, while helping you improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
